Selling Players and Transfer Timing in OSM

Transfer-market questions are constant in OSM communities. The real edge usually comes from timing, role planning, and understanding when to act versus when to wait.

Transfers make more sense when they start from a role decision
Managers lose time in the market when they chase names before defining the role gap they are trying to solve. Selling and buying feel much clearer once the squad question is specific.

Selling pressure creates bad decisions
A player not selling quickly can make the whole squad plan feel blocked. The usual reaction is to over-adjust: list too many players, change the buying plan, or force upgrades before the squad is structurally ready.

Timing matters as much as target quality
Good transfer planning is usually calm. It looks at immediate need, squad coverage, and whether waiting could create a better sequence of moves. The best buys are not always the fastest ones.
